- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-road driving, or similar risky behaviors is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Do not sub-let the vehicle or permit unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
